Customers may request cancellation only before the order enters:

  • cutting,
  • packing,
  • or dispatch preparation stages.

Once the operational process begins, the order is treated as processed and may no longer qualify for cancellation.


Cancellation After Processing

Since Pulasa and seafood products are prepared specifically against confirmed orders, cancellations are generally not allowed after:

  • fish procurement,
  • product preparation,
  • hygienic packing,
  • or logistics dispatch scheduling has started.

This policy helps maintain product freshness, operational efficiency, and prevents unnecessary wastage of highly perishable stock.


Seasonal & Limited Availability

Pulasa is a highly seasonal product with limited availability during peak migration months. In many cases, stock is procured and allocated specifically based on confirmed customer orders.

Because of this:

  • last-minute cancellations directly impact sourcing and inventory planning,
  • and therefore may not be eligible for cancellation approval.

Cancellation Due to Non-Availability

In rare situations where:

  • stock becomes unavailable,
  • sourcing issues occur,
  • or delivery feasibility is affected,

Pulasa Direct reserves the right to cancel the order from our side.

In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • and processing timelines may vary depending on banking and payment gateway systems.

Incorrect Orders

Customers are requested to carefully review:

  • delivery address,
  • and contact information

before placing the order.

Orders placed incorrectly due to customer-side mistakes may not qualify for cancellation after processing begins.
